stylish, functional living space designed to meet the client’s evolving needs. From high-tech kitchen gadgets to a green wall terrace garden, every inch of the home tells a story of thoughtful

Client Brief And Objectives
Prakash Bhandari, a discerning client with a keen eye for modern living, wanted a home thatwasn’t just beautiful but also efficient and practical. The goals for the project were:
- A futuristic home that blended technology with comfort.
- A clean, modern aesthetic with a color scheme that brings calm and serenity to each room.
- The inclusion of high-tech features, particularly in the kitchen, for easy living and convenience.
- A terrace garden featuring a green wall for a touch of nature amidst urban living.
The challenge was creating a design that combined functionality with style, ensuring that each space served its purpose without compromising on aesthetics.
Materials and Design Specifications for the Project
The flooring features NITCO vitrified tiles in a stunning Irish Brown finish, known for its durability, elegance, and low maintenance. Perfect for a modern and timeless look across the space. appearance, ease of maintenance, and modern look. These materials are carefully selected to enhance the elegance and functionality of the spaces.
The project incorporates African Mahogany Wood veneer, known for its rich texture and luxurious appeal, adding warmth and sophistication to the interiors. Additionally, surfaces will feature Corian options such as LG Hausys, Hi-MACS, or Perna White, chosen for their durability and smooth, seamless finish. These materials elevate the overall design while ensuring long-lasting quality.
To maintain a comfortable environment, the project includes Mitsubishi Split AC units, offering efficient cooling and a sleek design that complements modern interiors. For lighting, trimless recessed LED downlights will be installed, creating a clean, contemporary ambiance while providing optimal illumination. This combination ensures both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
High-quality fabrics from D’Décor or similar brands will be used for pillows, curtains, and bedsheets, adding a layer of luxury and comfort to the spaces. Walls will be painted with Asian Paints’ Royal Matt Finish, providing a smooth and luxurious texture. Lamination options include white or colored laminates, designed to harmonize with the overall decor and add a polished finish.
The project’s decor will be enhanced with artifacts, picture frames, carpets, chandeliers, LED fittings, sofas, dining chairs, and center tables, sourced for their ability to complement the interior theme. Many of these items may be imported from China, depending on their design and suitability, ensuring a balance between style and practicality.

The home originally had a disconnected layout, with separate spaces that didn’t flow well together. The client wanted a design that embraced modern living, creating functional areas for both relaxation and work, while ensuring a seamless, open atmosphere throughout.
